Fostering a love of Netball
Rose Bay Magic began as a junior netball club and continues to support players, parents and families through quality coaching, player development and a strong community environment.
We welcome players across different ages and skill levels, from beginners to those preparing for higher-level competition. Our focus is on confidence, skill, teamwork, sportsmanship and long-term enjoyment of the game.
As Rose Bay Magic grows, we are also developing trusted netball resources, recommended gear and coaching pathways for players, parents, coaches, clubs and schools.

Local girls want more places to play netball!![]()

Right now the only netball courts in our LGA are the ones at Christison Park, which means local clubs like Rose Bay Magic Netball Club often have to train out of area.![]()

We want to expand opportunities for local girls and women to play sport, so we're proposing adding two courts for netball and basketball at Woollahra Oval 2 in Rose Bay.![]()

The two proposed courts will be line marked for both netball and basketball and located at the northern end of the oval. The proposal also includes relocating the existing cricket nets around 45m to the east. Current training and sport matches would not be impacted by the proposed courts during or after construction.![]()

The proposal has been designed to minimise impacts on surrounding properties, with careful consideration given to lighting and positioning of the courts.![]()
