Rose Bay Magic may operate or develop a coaching network to connect coaches with clubs, schools, teams, parents, players or organisations.
Coach profiles, listings, referrals or recommendations are provided as a connection service only unless Rose Bay Magic expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Clubs, schools, parents and organisations remain responsible for making their own decision before engaging a coach, including checking suitability, references, Working With Children Check status, insurance, qualifications, availability and fees.
Coaches remain responsible for providing accurate information about their experience, qualifications, rates, availability, insurance and Working With Children Check status.
5. Child safety
Where coaching, club activities or services involve children or young people, all relevant parties must comply with applicable child safety, Working With Children Check, supervision, safeguarding, venue and legal requirements.
Rose Bay Magic may refuse, remove or suspend any coach listing, enquiry, registration or website use where we consider there may be a safety, suitability, conduct or compliance concern.
6. Affiliate and sponsor links
Some pages may contain affiliate links, sponsor links, product recommendations, discount codes or partner links.
Rose Bay Magic may receive a commission, referral fee, sponsorship benefit, product support or club benefit if you click a link, use a code or purchase through a partner.
External retailers, sponsors, affiliate networks and third-party websites are not controlled by Rose Bay Magic. Their own terms, privacy policies, refund rules, shipping rules and product information apply.
