This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through the Rose Bay Magic website, including uniforms, club items, trial payments, registration payments and other club-related products or services.

For this policy, “Rose Bay Magic”, “RBM”, “we”, “us” and “our” means Rose Bay Magic Netball Club and its authorised administrators, coaches and volunteers.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

1. Australian Consumer Law

If a product or service has a major problem, is faulty, is not as described, is unsafe, or does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe there is a problem with an item or service supplied by Rose Bay Magic.

2. Uniforms and club items

Rose Bay Magic may sell uniforms and club-specific items such as dresses, shorts, hoodies, tracksuit pants or other apparel.

Because these items may be club-specific, seasonal, limited in stock or ordered through suppliers, refunds or exchanges may not be available for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Please check sizing carefully before ordering.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us and we will assess the issue.

3. Sizing and exchanges

Where practical, Rose Bay Magic may try to assist with size exchanges, but exchanges depend on stock availability, supplier availability, item condition and timing.

Items returned for exchange should be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition unless the item is faulty.

We cannot guarantee that a replacement size will be available.

4. Trial payments

Trial payments may cover administration, venue, assessment or session costs.

Trial payments are generally not refundable once the relevant trial, assessment or administrative process has started, unless required by law or agreed by Rose Bay Magic.

Payment for a trial does not guarantee team placement, grading outcome, selection or season participation.

5. Registration and season payments

Registration or season payments may be subject to team allocation, competition dates, grading decisions, withdrawal timing, supplier costs, association fees and other club commitments.

Refunds for registration or season payments will be assessed case by case.

Rose Bay Magic may deduct reasonable costs already incurred, including administration costs, competition costs, uniform costs, supplier costs or other committed club expenses, where permitted by law.

6. Coaching, clinics and programs

Payments for coaching sessions, clinics or programs may be subject to separate booking, cancellation and attendance rules.

If a session is cancelled by Rose Bay Magic, we may offer a replacement session, credit or refund depending on the circumstances.

If a participant cannot attend, refunds or credits may depend on notice given, program type, coach availability, venue costs and whether the place can be filled.

7. Affiliate and sponsor purchases

Some pages on this website may include affiliate links, sponsor links, discount codes or product recommendations.

If you purchase from a third-party retailer, sponsor or external website, that purchase is between you and that third party.

Rose Bay Magic does not control third-party refund, return, shipping, warranty or exchange policies.

Please check the retailer’s own terms before purchasing.

8. How to request help

To request a refund, return, exchange or correction, please contact:

  • your name;
  • order number, if available;
  • item or payment type;
  • date of purchase;
  • reason for the request;
  • photos if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

9. Timeframes

Please contact us as soon as possible after identifying an issue.

We will aim to respond within a reasonable time.

Resolution time may depend on supplier availability, competition administration, payment processing, stock availability or the nature of the issue.

10. Payment processing

Approved refunds may be returned through the original payment method where practical.

Payment processor timing may vary and is outside Rose Bay Magic’s direct control.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refunds & Returns Policy from time to time.
