This Shipping / Uniform Collection page applies to uniforms, apparel, club items and other physical products purchased through the Rose Bay Magic website.

For this page, “Rose Bay Magic”, “RBM”, “we”, “us” and “our” means Rose Bay Magic Netball Club and its authorised administrators, coaches and volunteers.

1. Club-specific items

Rose Bay Magic may sell club-specific uniforms and items, including dresses, shorts, hoodies, tracksuit pants and other apparel.

Some items may be held in stock. Other items may need to be ordered from suppliers or made available during a specific season window.

Availability, sizing and timing may vary.

2. Collection

Where possible, Rose Bay Magic may arrange collection of uniforms or club items at training, trials, games, club events or another agreed collection point.

Collection details may be provided by email, website notice, team communication or direct message.

Please check club communications for current collection arrangements.

3. Delivery or shipping

Rose Bay Magic may offer shipping or delivery for some items where practical.

Shipping availability, cost and timing may depend on the item, stock level, supplier timing, delivery address and available postage or courier options.

If shipping is offered, the delivery address provided at checkout must be accurate and complete.

4. Supplier timing

Some club items may depend on supplier production, supplier dispatch, stock availability or seasonal order deadlines.

Estimated supply times are estimates only unless Rose Bay Magic confirms otherwise in writing.

If a significant delay occurs, Rose Bay Magic will try to provide updated information where practical.

5. Incorrect address or missed collection

If an incorrect delivery address is provided, delivery may be delayed or fail.

If a collection time or location is missed, we may need to arrange a later collection opportunity.

Additional postage or handling costs may apply where an item must be resent due to incorrect information provided by the purchaser.

6. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • your name;
  • order number, if available;
  • item purchased;
  • description of the issue;
  • photos of the item and packaging, where relevant.

Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Third-party affiliate or sponsor products

If you buy a product from a third-party retailer or external website, shipping, delivery, collection, returns and customer service are handled by that third party, not Rose Bay Magic.
